   Needed wheel alignment, took my chances and thought id go online and book it thinking id need to book in a few days in advance There was a slot available booked it and went in, first time at kwikfit Ali the mechanic was very nice and informative on how the wheel alignment is done and no cost if no job is underaken Ali then went through what is needed i was happy with the explanation and the job was done They also take blue light which saved me a few pounds Overall satisfaction Ali was kind and welcoming

   Decent job by the technicians but the guy behind the counter really needs to enrol onto a customer service course and learn not to be so argumentative. Instead of investigating and cleaning a mark left on the driver's seat after an MOT, he became argumentative and confrontational. Instead of calling your customer a liar and making blanket assumptions, try being objective, well-reasoned and polite. Won't be coming back here again.

   Absolutely amazing service from start to finish first time taking my car can honestly say Tom was absolutely amazing!! Talked me through everything and how bad my tires actually was but once he sorted everything felt so safe driving the car amazing this man needs a promotion!! He’s a credit to the branch

   Went to Kwik fit for wheel alignment and the tool used to hold steering wheel has damaged and scratched the steering wheel which is deep and annoying to look at and they are constantly saying it’s impossible how it happened but it’s not impossible at all they are just avoiding the damage caused the tools part that caused the damage exactly matches the damage on the steering wheel i follow a group on facebook on Seat Leon and I have had loads of comments saying it’s definitely done by this tool and even aligned the tool to the part of damage it perfectly matches also it can be seen it’s a fresh mark not old and this is not being dealt with accordingly and all I’ve been getting is the same excuse it’s been seen personally and the 2 bits on the tool correlate to the damage so the garage staff were being super difficult and denying all knowledge and responsibility for the damage they caused. They have to take responsibility of care but they are not obviously doing this. I would put pictures up to prove point but no option to

   They were very busy and gave me an estimated time of approx 4 hours. However, they got it done before that so I was happy. I did try to convey my thanks to the chap when I collected but he didn't seem to acknowledge it or didn't hear me perhaps.

   Great service. Went in for an MOT and the first time I’ve used this garage. It’s a busy garage but all the lads there are super friendly and informative. Ash did my MOT, it failed initially (clogged windscreen reservoir) & the next slot to repair would have been a couple of days away which meant I’d be without my car which I need for work. Ash managed to work things round to sort the issue there & then, gained a few scratches from the worst possible siting of a windscreen reservoir with good grace and did the re-test to save the return visit. He went above and beyond & gave good advice in preventing the issue going forward. I would definitely use this garage again.
