I have never had to use a recovery service before and after a metal pole/object came of the back of a lorry and was stuck under my car the highway officer got these guys out to me. I didnt get the gents name or must of missed it with the shock i was in but he was nothing but friendly, helpful and put me at ease after such a horrible experience he even told me he warmed his van up for me since he knew how long as i was at the side of the motorway for. he dropped me off and waited until my partner got to me before carrying on his journey back to the yard. I am so so glad i got him. thank you!
Following a Scary RTC on a busy roundabout, Motor-move came to my rescue on a a very cold darkening afternoon. The recovery driver was absolutely brilliant. He assisted me into the warm cab of his truck and risked his own safety to recover my poor battered car. Had a blow out, fortunately I had breakdown cover through my insurance. Call centre said possible 90 minute wait. Andy arrived in 25 mins. Friendly, knowledgeable and safety conscious, escorted me to passenger side of truck as I wasn't wearing Hi Vis. Soon had car loaded and back home, no fuss. Great service, great guy great company.
