I was very pleased with the MOT and Service received by my Honda Jazz. The staff were very courteous and helpful. The technician doing the work emailed me a short video showing me the results of his thorough inspection with his recommendations on what work is needed. To summarise, based on over 10 years of customer experience at Swansway Honda Stockport, I would unreservedly recommend them.
It was very easy to make the appointment, had a choice to wait or leave the car while MOT/service was being performed; availability of hot drink and biscuit while waiting, friendly personnel, clear knowledge and understanding of services offering; opportunity to have any required work done immediately avoiding the need to comeback for the job to be done; video o service done provided before payment; reasonable waiting time. My Civic was in for annual service and MOT. It was handled efficiently and by the estimated time. I received a video of the inspection and a text explanation of what was required, before Sue, the service manager, telephoned me to discuss. She was extremely helpful. The car was cleaned inside and out which was a pleasant bonus!
Although I noticed some issues with the car while driving, this shop was very responsible and helped fix everything for me, including updating the software. For now, I am still considering getting another car from them in the future.
From the moment a delightful young man picked up my car to the moment that it was returned by a similarly delightful older man I was delighted with the service that I got. The MOT, the checks and replacements were with my approval sought by staff who explained clearly what was needed. And the car was returned to me, sparkling inside and out. Many, many thanks.

I have my car serviced and mot'd here. I purchased it here from new. It's a very friendly showroom, the staff are knowledgeable and everything is explained well. I've bought a new car here, I'd buy a used car here too.

Really friendly and welcoming staff, nice seating area with coffee machine and biscuits (or you can just walk around looking at the cars in the showroom), prompt and efficient annual service - the engineer even sends a video where you see them checking the car over and telling you what they've done. They even wash your car for you!
