First visit in years to the store. Thought is had some great stock. The in store assistant was very friendly and had loads of knowledge.
I took a return back as it was faulty and they refused a refund very rude staff not helpful at all
Got great service from Lindsey as I did have an issue with exchanging an item but she made sure to sort it out and made sure that I leave satisfied!
Went in today 26/9/2023, soon as I walked in lady on the till and another assistant started watching me, I wanted a purse and I am a regular customer, they shouldn’t judge who walks in the store, left feeling totally uncomfortable. Won’t be back and I have worked in retail a long time
Got some nice holiday clothes here for my son today.

Rubbish, overpriced,not welcoming,young kids working there,some customer service training is definitely needed,and their stock is overpriced and so last year,won't be going there very soon,
Not busy so experience wasn't stressful and easy to circulate around the store. I had to just remind a customer that I wasn't comfortable with her standing close. Apart from that I was happy with my purchase...just hope I can wear them soon.
