   unfortunately this man is a crook. i wish i had read the other negative reviews before i handed over my keys. so many reviews are the same, saying they trusted him, but he showed himself to be not trustworthy. i agree with aria fard's review below and that of others. i was actually passing this garage and had a problem with my car. i went in and had a chat. he was charming, answering every question rapidly with a smile and a promise he could fix the problem. i, like other reviewers, believed him. when i got back to the garage, my car was a mess. i was left stranded and more money was demanded, i asked him more questions and it then dawned on me the man was just saying anything to make the customer happy, but it was all untrue. he said he had checked this and that, but on conversation with the mechanics they said this was not true. nothing had been checked. he wants your car so he can take it apart and then you have no choice but to give in to anything he demands. a bit like a rogue builder. i confronted him about this, and he changed instantly. aggressive to the point i had to phone the police. i have the police reference number and the incident at the garage has been recorded. i plead anyone who has had bad experiences at this garage to contact me: kiftsgaterecruitment. i use g male. i completely believe the the review of the chap with the audi A5 who had a problem and the couple who were unfortunate enough to buy a car off this garage only to find out it may have been previously accident damaged, and then there were many mechanical faults which the owner did not care for after sale. the owner's reply to these customers is exactly the same, and am sure there will be the same reply to me; we are all wrong, and he is right. i can only hope karma comes into his life for the people he has knowingly hurt and taken advantage of, either financially for things he has not done, or through customer's trust based on his lies and how much money he can get out of people. on another note i would like to say, the mechanics there are lovely. you can see they do not say much due to fear of the owner. i urge them to seek employment elsewhere in garages where their ethicality is not compromised.

   Amin and his team are probably the best, most experienced mechanics I’ve ever encountered. Ignore any reviews which say he’s dishonest - absolutely untrue - it’s likely disgruntled customers probably finding additional issues with their vehicles and trying to pin them on the garage instead of being grateful for early identification of a problem. I’ve been going to him for over a decade with not a single issue. He has gone out of his way to fix problems and so has his team. They also have excellent diagnostic skills and can repair issues other garages struggle with - would wholeheartedly recommend this garage! Very reasonable compared to other quotes too.

   ⚠️ WARNING ⚠️ to future customers – our real experience. We had been loyal customers for almost three years. During this time, we trusted the services provided without major complaints. However, our experience when purchasing a vehicle through this garage was extremely disappointing. Around six months ago, we bought a Vauxhall Mokka for £6350, after being assured it was in good condition and only needed minor adjustments. Later, we discovered that the car had been bought from a car auction known for selling vehicles previously written off or considered too expensive to repair. This critical information was not shared with us at the time of purchase. Unfortunately, shortly after buying the car from Amin , it developed serious mechanical problems. When we returned to the garage seeking assistance, our concerns were ignored. The situation worsened when parts of the car were dismantled without our permission, and the vehicle was left incomplete outside the garage, with no further support offered. After years of loyalty and trust, we were extremely disappointed by the lack of professionalism and responsibility shown. Based on our personal experience, we strongly advise potential customers to be cautious and to thoroughly check all details independently before engaging with this business. We are sharing this review not out of anger, but in the hope of helping others avoid a similar situation. ⛔️Reply to his message below: I took my car in for a specific issue, but I left with three new problems. He didn’t provide a receipt, so I have no way of knowing what was actually done or changed. I was simply expected to trust what he said. I would strongly advise others to be cautious and make sure everything is clearly documented before agreeing to any work.

   I had a problem with the car’s clutch a day before going. Called that morning, Amin saw me the same day. Very friendly, explained everything very well and did not charged me anything for the diagnosis (at the brand would be 100 pounds just to tell me what was wrong). Best garage that I saw in while, highly recommend. I’m definitely going back there for any car trouble. Thanks Amin!
