   AVOID at all costs they damage your vehicle when you give it to get it fixed absolute Joke! Reponse to reply; I know two people who have used you to complete work and everytime you damaged something . You clearly don't have compitant workers and you take 0 responsibility for the damage caused. You lie and inflate the price of the work needed to be completed on vehicles. You caused alot financial hardship to somone in the past by doing this.

   AVOID AVOID AVOID unprofessional staff as they claim to be mechanics but unfortunately they DONT KNOW what they are doing. Waste of time and money. This is through my experience with them. At the same time one of the worst customer service encounters I’ve had!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID !!!

   Prices are not transparent, they are subject to negotiations instead. Invoices are generated only under request and they are not clear and do not look professional. Good for emergency and small jobs in my opinion.

   I have used these guys for both MOT and service and they have been really helpful and honest. I was told I had to call ahead to confirm my groupon booking and so had to re book for another day. But that didn't bother me as most groupons do tend to require that you call ahead. I was booked in pretty soon after and I found them to be really friendly and I would certainly continue to bring my car here. Thanks for sorting my car out today.
