   Worst customer service! I went in to return a trainer I bought 2 days ago. Before I purchased it (from Meadowhall), I made sure to ask at the register: Can I return? And the staff said YES. When I came to this Moor Market branch, the supervisor refused to return. When I said it didn't fit and might as well throw it as I'm returning back home the next day, she told me I could donate it! Completely unprofessional. And honestly, this store is full of cheap, crappy items, laid out like a thrift shop. Items look like it came straight from a bargain bin at Goodwill. Avoid this place.

   Beware of purse thieves in this store. There is no security to act as a deterrent and staff say it is a regular occurrence for customers to have their purses stolen from their bags. It happened to my wife today!!!

   The manger at The Moor Sheffield was so rude to a young girl trying to return something within the 28 day period but she had no tag but had the receipt. The zip was faulty and as he could not see the fault he assumed the customer was being dishonest despite being within the 28 day return policy. He was so condescending I will never shop there again. What a disgrace of a man you are, how do you sleep at night? Do not shop there go to Meadowhall branch the staff are so much more nicer and the manager is wonderful. He needs to be sent on a customer service course.

   Usually lovely staff working there, but the male manager was extremely rude. Regardless of what was being asked of him, I don't expect to be treated like a child and spoken to in a condescending tone. If he doesn't want to be there, don't take that out on a customer with your bad attitude, and he was even speaking rudely to the member of staff who asked for his help like he isn't getting paid for being a manager. Will not be shopping at this new look anymore, there is clearly a reason he doesn't work at the meadowhall new look as that is where the classy and professional managers get placed. If you want good service, the staff on the tills are happy to help, just got to hope you don't need anything else otherwise you'll get an ill-mannered manager reluctant to offer any service to you.
