Took for a wheel balance after having new wheels tyres fit and the garage said wheel balance is perfect. Still car is wobbling like crazy on motorway. Take to another quick fit nearby and straight away they point out that the wheels don't have any weights on them as they are new wheels. So visit Kwik fit Salford they always do a good service. It can be hit and miss with some garage. The guy at reception also moaned at me because I didn't mention it was a fleet vehicle. But he never asked , so how was I supposed to know he needed to know this info.
Called to sort a tyre repair on a new tyre. Appt the next morning, identified a fitting issue from another Kwikfit, repaired issue and no charge. A standard of service you don’t often see these days! Friendly, communicative, customer focussed. A*
I cannot thank the lads here enough for their assistance on Saturday. After having to be rescued by the RAC with a puncture and no spare, I arrived at very short notice needing a new tyre to continue my 240 mile journey to South Wales. Not only did they slot me in last minute, they managed to locate the right tyre and have it taxied over from another branch. I had 5 dogs in tow and they could not have been more accommodating! Thanks again!!!
Outstanding service! We turned up shortly before closing on Monday 31st October with a deflating tyre and one of the engineers, Cameron, had it repaired and ready to go within minutes. My wife is a District Nurse and needed the car for work the following day. We would have been scuppered without a quick turnaround and my wife would likely have had to taken the day off to get the tyre sorted if not for Cameron’s help. He was super helpful, friendly and courteous - a real credit to Kwik Fit. I highly recommend this Kwik Fit branch and Cameron in particular.
