   Must highly recommend the services of Fix.Glass. Requiring an urgent rear windscreen replacement , I found Fix.Glass online and of course not being a household name was a lottle.dubious about paying an upfront fee, but researched them on Trust pilot and decided to take.the chance. Initial service was efficient from Bramdon on the phone, explaining the process. Once deposit was paid I received my next day installation slot and provided with a tracker to see when my technician would arrive. Lincoln the technician was a wonderful guy, he promptly arrived on time , took care of clearing the excess broken glass and cleaned up any mess. Installed the new windscreen and even installed a new rear wiper blade after noticing the old one was damaged and not fit for use. He completed all works in less than an hour, was very professional and really polite and friendly, explaining the aftercare process for the new windscreen. Of course you will pay a premium for a service like this , but as it was required ASAP, I cant recommend highly enough for the price paid. Initial enquiry to installation was less than 24 hours.    Absolutely amazing. Called FixGlass after receiving an high quote from another company. They're call centre staff was professional, asking all the right questions and were extreamly helpful and friendly. (Ethen) helped us with ease and flying colours and got me a very competitive quote. I scheduled for Thursday day to have a regular windscreen put in with zero hassle and they were happy to work around my schedule. A day before the install I called early and asked if it was too late to change to a heated windscreen and (Lex) was more then happy to assist. On the day of installation (Jason) arrived on time and moved swiftly and professionally and fitted the new screen in quick time without rushing, a very professional and skillful individual. I can say, I will be sharing this service with my automotive groups.

   Absolutely brilliant experience. Had my car broken into over the bank holiday weekend. Was able to call and get a quote on a Sunday which I was very pleased with, also very competitive on price and understanding of the stressful situation. Work has been completed and technician Daniel did a fantastic job. He was really friendly and personable. The communication I received during my order process was also brilliant. Their order tracking website is really good and their customer service staff are really helpful and friendly. Highly recommended.
