   I left the car to fix the engine and change the glass that had been broken, the glass repair was £70 only for labor, the glass had a gap, the door finishes were damaged in the fixation, the screws finishes were lost of the door, had to take it to another company and spent another £50 to fix this, before taking the car to another company and having the glass fixed again, I was told at the motor lab that they would not do the engine repair and I should remove the local vehicle, Omar charged me £150 to remove the car from the site, stating that the value was because I used the garage parking lot, I do not recommend the services, abusive price and bad service and negotiation.

   The service at motor lab ( Manchester) is second to none. We took our Campervan in for a rust problem and respray. Omar and his team found many more rust problems once it was sanded down and has delt with them all. The price remained within budget and the final result is amazing. A massive thank you for all their hard work. I would recommend motor lab ( Manchester) to everyone.

   Took my van in for service and mot.brill as usual.always very helpful when I have issues with my van with it being my livelihood and that i service vulnerable people and the elderly so they always understand my needs and urgency.they also only carry out work needed and not try and rip you off .def recommend .

   Absolutely CARELESS... Will never use or recommend! Took my van in for a quick diagnosis after a coolant leak. Parked the van in their back yard and headed off to the reception. Withing 10min i got told the van was being looked at as we speak 55min later no one at the reception and no news about the van, eventually i grabbed the attention of a member of staff so I decided to ask for any updates, he went to check on the van and tells me it hasn't even been looked at. So At that point i went outside as i was getting stressed for being messed around for nearly an hour to find my van UNLOCKED AND UNSAFETY parked on a busy main road when there is 4k in power tools inside the van (I'm a multiskill builder) then another member of staff tried to argue with me that he had only just opened the van from inside the shop ?!?! Just very unprofessional at all levels.
