Came in to replace two tyres after finding them punctured and flat on Sunday morning. Car was dropped off at 10:30 and was ready for pick up by 12:30. Very impressed by speed, especially how it was a Sunday. Friendly service too.

And the back-and-forth about authorisation for a lease car—only to reverse course when you mentioned the MOT—feels like unnecessary red tape. It’s especially disappointing when a service centre doesn’t communicate clearly or treat customers consistently. You were proactive, made a reservation, and still had to push just to get basic maintenance done. That kind of experience can really shake confidence in a business.
Booked in 10.30am on Father's Day for a puncture repair. Was reassured by the 2 men working that they had a "leverless" machine to avoid the damages caused by using conventional breaker bars. Waited in a clean comfortable waiting area. I was shown around my wheel on completion. First class job. The staff are a credit to the company. Many thanks

Took car for a puncture repair, came out £139 poorer and to replace both tyres. Good customer service on a Sunday afternoon otherwise will have to rush off my feet getting to work on a Monday.

Went here to get my flat tyre fixed, customer service was great and they completed in time stated. On my second time going there, staff are great and again did not take long.
