   United Sports Company is the posher big brother to Sports Direct. More high end brands. All the clothing is available on the Sports Direct web site.

   Customer service at its finest. Visited the store today, asked a member of service where a certain item was in store, she said they be at the front of the store, so she made her way to the front of the store, so as you do you follow but she wasn't actually taking us to where these items was, so asked again, Rather than acknowledge us, she just pointed in the direction, great customer service. Bought a few items, but after paying, realised that the price was a lot higher than expected, Afrer questioning the price of a pair of boss joggers priced up at £34, from £75, she said someone had put the wrong price on them , even though all the joggers had been priced up at £34 So I said I didn't want these joggers, She said all i can do is give you a credit note as we don't give refunds , Won't sell them as the price they have been stated, because they have been priced up wrong. Tells me to come back before closure to be refunded , but to take the items with me just incase she wasn't in store when I got back , Basically, take your things and leave.
