   Was walking through the shop and one of the staff quickly threw a clothes rack so close to us, to the point we had to stop to prevent being hit. My mum suffers from vertigo so already she isn’t stable on her feet, regardless of things flying towards her. No apology from the staff member and she just carried on like nothing happened. I said something out loud saying she nearly hit us, then she shouted back in the most uptight and rude tone “NO I didn’t” When she served us at the till she finally learnt some customer service skills, but I suppose her attitude and face said it all. Still no apology for the matter though.

   Awful store and very rude staff! Lady at the till upstairs forced me in a very patronising voice to take my newly purchased clothes off the hangers and leave them there. This was despite me telling her I wanted them. First time being told that and I have shopped at H&M for years. Don't waste your time visiting here!

   I tried to return a faulty item to this store only to be sent away and told they do not accept or return faulty items at that store. I think it was a case of the manager refusing to come and authorise the return at the till. Now I have to pay to return an item I could have returned easily in store as stated on their website.

   Found the staff dismissive and rude on my visit. Changing rooms closed unable to use, however most occasions I’ve been in no one even manning them anyway.

   Only place I can find decent clothes for my younger boys (12 and 13) but much like everywhere else once they hit 13 or 14 they seem to not need clothes anymore, according to shops. Why is there no teen clothing anywhere? They don't suddenly fit into men's clothes!

   Not a shop I buy from or go in. My daughter likes going in. But I find it a bit over full of racks of clothes. Some racks have different clothes on making it difficult to find what you want. This is all I am saying as I don't go in to do an honest review.

   Very poor experience on the 3rd December 2020 17:30pm late evening no 1 in the store apart from staff,A women followed me to the till bypassing the rails in the store I stopped at the til to get a refund before the lockdown the women tried to squeeze pass me with the till & small stand with socks. I said there all this room to come pass no 1in the bloody store plus the government has spent so much money on protecting staff. My sister had to step in as the staff on the till said there nothing i can do still carried on doing the refund while this women was complaining that's she wearing a mask until another member of staff intervened. The manager was more concerned about its Christmas time?? The girl on the till was 16 years old and needs more training.
