   I was picking up my package with 3 other people and I was the only one who was asked for a proof of identity, mind you I was also the only one with a foreign sounding name. I do not mind proving my identity but I do mind being treated differently just because I do not have a british sounding name.

   Lovely shop but it's absolutely awful for girls aged between 6-8 years. They have so many things for boys at that age but if you want girls stuff you may as well go to the meadowhall store because this one is pointless.. the female member of staff was also really rude in her attitude towards me when I commented on the lack of girls clothes

   Many thanks for the amazing customer service today. I returned 2 dresses and retained one. Big shout out for alysia and eefie for two young girls to be so sensitive to an older womans needs is truly admirable i wish them great success in life. I needed extra help as i am disabled they were brilliant

   The male section is a joke. The store itself is big however, I've seen better stocked Next stores in similar size. Only selection of clothing for men. You got to shop online and collect.

   A good shop for the older woman, good selection of children's clothing. I may be a pensioner but still like to dress as a younger woman.. Next is a good shop for me, can have popular clothing and not feel like mutton dressed as lamb! Prices reasonable and there is a selection for 'petite' woman. Be it spring, winter, autumn or summer I always find fashionable clothes I like. Their on line shopping is easy and quick.
