    Not satisfied at all, first of all, they told me to be there at 9:30, I went there and they asked me to wait till around 2pm just for an oil change, I asked cant you do it straight away, because there were no other cars at the moment.. He explained how he would do it in between the other repairs, because they had other scheduled cars(before mine) dont know how it happened because I went to book the oil change the previous week.... Then when I asked is it ok if I see how you put my own oil(I provided them with oil and filter) he said are you calling me cheeky or a liar, I said no, sorry, just want to be sure thats the right oil that I want in the engine.. Then they said just go away... Thats what they call customer service nowadays??? Thanks and I will never go there again.
