   Highly recommended. The team really dug me out of a hole on my trip down from Edinburgh. I noticed my flat tyre at 5pm and dropped the car off just before 6pm. I then received a call at 10.30am the following morning to tell me it was all sorted and the bill was £35. Standout service! Thanks very much.

   The team was able to fit me in on short notice. They were all very professional and helpful. Multiple slow punctures were found on my tyre which was replaced. I had a number of different tyres to choose from fitting all budgets. My experience was nice , quick and easy.

   The manager or person who came out to see me the moment I arrived could not have been more helpful. I had a flat tyre over 250 miles from home on a 48 hour business visit to Manchester - a city I have never visited before. I was meeting people for lunch. Within 5 minutes the car was up on a ramp and I went off to lunch and returned to it all sorted so I could then make my trip back to Devon. Really lovely guy dealt with me throughout - personable, friendly, reassuring and efficient.

   Booked an appointment online for 2 new back tyres all easy enough to book and the price was very good. I went today to have them done they have done a brilliant job my car feels so smooth now I can’t believe the difference so thank you so much for that. The customer service was also excellent the lad I spoke to sorry I didn’t get his name was so polite and seen to me straight away when I arrived. I honestly couldn’t ask for a better experience I will definitely be going back next time thank you again this was at the swinton branch thank you Leanne C

   I would avoid this garage at all costs! I had an MOT and service due on my BMW however due to staff shortages the MOT was not fully complete and therefore they failed it! They also sold me some nonsense about the air and petrol ratio and that they couldn't look at it further because the guy who would be able to diagnose was no longer with the company! This means that they automatically failed the MOT and were not able to carry out the service - Understanding cars myself knew this was not right and took my car to another garage, explained the issues and they carried out an additional MOT and it passed!!! Moral of the story big”reputable” companies are purely out for the cash and if you are female God help you!

   I took my car in for an emergency fix after a cover fell off the under carriage of my car. Steve was absolutely amazing, he did a temp fix for me and gave some good advice about how to get a permanent fix. I would highly recommend this branch. Can’t thank the staff enough and I will definitely go back for any future work.

   Absolutely amazing service, on a busy Saturday morning I was seen pretty much straight away without an appointment as my tyre burst, David in particular was extended helpful and go my car in and see straight away, barely setting me back at all!! Could not have been more grateful to him or the other young lad who worked on my car, would give it 10 stars if possible!!
