   Decent store if you know exactly what you're looking for and avoid busy times.If you need help, this may not be the best place to shop. The store feels understaffed and the service can be quite rude, especially during busy periods.

   Absolutely poor staff service - we stood while 1 person was on tills. I was there on the 14th July 2025. When asked why can’t other staff assist. The assistant said the they understaffed . Really POOR service. River island is never like this.

   I came in today, was really struggling to find somthing to go with a leather jacket I bought. I asked a member of staff for help to what would go with it. She was so polite, walked around shop helping me look. She put some tops under the jacket to show me what it would look like. She picked somthing out that I would never normally choose myself. But when I seen it together it really went well together.. I'm very happy with my purchase. Thankyou to the lovely lady❤

   Website says closes at 5:30 arrived at 4:45 to be rudely told that they were closing and we were unable to come in and had the doors slammed in our faces by what appeared to be the manger will not be returning!

   Ordered an outfit for my Granddaughters birthday present. Her birthday was on the 6 th. When I ordered it said it would be in the store for the 5 th, fine. When I paid it said in the store on the 6 th. Cutting it fine but ok. Dispatched on the 3rd to be in the store for collection for the 6 th. Still good. Now the 8th and I have had nothing since. Tried to email. No way of getting an email, said sign into account. I’m signed into my account. No provision to email about late order. I went to the store in the hope that it was there. Nope. Couldn’t have cared less. Still waiting. Will never order from river island again.
