Very bad customer service. I waited half hour to get my shoes. But its never arrived. All staff around who deal with shoes just roaming around without much care of customer
This one young lad was really nice to me as he helped me the whole way around the procedure and didn't bother me one bit at all, however when I got towards the tills I got severely harassed by the one woman on the tills I don't know her name but it begins with an R to my knowledge. and the managers seem to just stand around doing nothing to help.
I had an experience this afternoon where I wanted to return a previous purchase, I was denied this request by a very patronising, obnoxious member off staff, he refused to give me my money back as the top I wanted to return “smelt like smoke” at this time I was utterly confused as I live alone and I’m not a smoker, this top was also in the bag provided since the day I brought it. He also went on to accuse me of marking the top which is utterly impossible as I never even worn it the top actually never left the bag. I also got this top from the sale rail which would make sense for it to have stains on. Overall extremely disappointed with the interaction I received today. I understand there is policies staff have to follow but getting accused as a customer is outrageous.

This outlet at merryhill is a good option for all sports wear . Good range of choice and lot of brands available. The staff is very helpful and cheerful. The quality of the products is great and if you are there at the right time you might end up getting a great deal on certain products. Lot of other outlets here and please be prepared to sprul on the goodies.
A member of staff over heard me say the music was too loud for daughter to actually look at clothes for her birthday(she gets anxious in busy and loud places. Two seconds later it went a little quiet. So THANK YOU to that lady it was really appreciate even though I didn’t even notice she was a member of staff at the point i actually commented to my husband!
Awful service! Asked the assistant if they had boot size in stock which he replied yes and would order it for me to come out front. Waited for about 20 minutes and still nothing. Asked another assistant if they could check and had to go through the whole order again, only for the assistant to say that they actually dont have the boot in stock! Awful service and i have to agree with other reviews that staff are not willing to help . Today there was about 15 members of staff who were just pottering about with their colleagues and did not seem interested in helping. Will not be returning!
Come in the other day and was immediately greeted with a smile, came in looking for a black Nike tech fleece but they was sold out in my size, I was approached and greeted by someone called Josh (tall and skinny) who was very friendly, I told him what I was looking for and he looked out the back for me but when the store didn’t have the item he helped me order it online to my home. He was amazing and very helpful. He made my shopping experience 100% easier, amazing customer service. Will 100% be back
I like how there was a DJ in the shop as it created a chilled atmosphere and its good way off attracting customers. Staff are always so friendly and on hand to help when ever they can, be more useful if there was more staff especially on the tills however nothing can deter me from this shop as its my favourite:) long may JD continue:D
