I love the style of clothes but if you are anything above a size Small do not bother. They had 1-2 mediums and that was it and I was looked up and down for visiting the store as a size 18.
Been in this morning with my small kids - oldest had fallen over outside the shop. One lovely woman gave him a plaster and made a fuss of him, the other wrapped the gifts I’d bought for a family member. Always love Monkis clothes, but these guys customer service was above and beyond this morning!
all the staff are so helpful and friendly and beautiful and the prices are good for the quality. sales assistant with brown hair and fringe (Lucy?) was excellent and helped me find everything I needed in the right size and was so helpful with all my questions and recommended me things for Christmas presents. she was so lovely and really stood out because she was so helpful and really took the time for me. if you're going to monkey, ask for her!!!!
I went today with My daughter sho I sent in on her own an 11 years old, we had our dog with us so I stayed outside one of the members of staffed came out and said dogs are welcome WOW the staff were super freindly and the clothes my daughter bought she loved we will so be back fantastic shop !!!!!!!!! Best shop in a mile thank you
I looove this shop, I buy most my clothes here and love the wide variety of modern, cute and unique clothing. And the price is pretty decent too. Only thing is the sizing is a bit weird here; I find all the trousers and dungarees are way too long/big. I’m usually UK12/M/L but often have to size down 1 or 2 sizes which is quite odd for me, and I always have to make length adjustments to jeans if I buy them from here.as they’re always 4 inches too long but they don’t offer different lengths
Went in accompanying someone so have no comment in merchandise quality. However, I admired rhe open plan nature of the place and how were were not attacked by staff. It is refreshing to see a modern clothing store you can actually browse without feeling pressured.
What a FANTASTIC store!! It looks stunning. Its so difficult to find fashionable clothes for normal sized curvy women. Now with Monki I have found my spirit shop. I must say the staff here and the store manager have made this shop special. A real pleasure and treat today.
