Very bad service i order Traniner in store click and collect it’s been two weeks now still I didn’t receive my Traniner same service in Birmingham JD they did same months ago
Please teach your staff how to behave and communicate with customers. They were displaying racist behavior, which is completely unacceptable. Kindly provide them with proper training on ethics and ensure they treat all customers with respect, regardless of their skin color.
Not trying to being racist but the management at the store were very nice and helpful but the young lad and And lady at till looks like Indian ethnic was so rude and not in mood of help at all. I was there to change my stuff due to bad quality and management was there to help and assist at their best but the above mentioned individuals trying their best to not exchange. But after their all effort they give up bcz the management instructed them to change the stuff. Will visit again bcz of management good behaviour but these lads at till need to learn how to do customer service before they join any organisation to not ruin their reputation.

I went into the west Bromwich shop. It always seems to have the staff but at the same time it doesn't, unless it's just not organised as well as it should be. Reason being is I was in quite a long que and noticed throughout my 15/20 minute wait there was only one staff member on the till. You could also see how inpatient the customers were getting. For such a popular shop you'd imagine alot more allocated staff! Other than this I was astounded by the many great sales so as always you shall always remain my number one go to shop.
Great store and better staff than sports direct where you can feel invisible. The only problem is the queuing at the tills, stop asking for a rating or a charity donation and serve customers. Also people get people to stand in the queue for them because queuing takes too long.
It's OK.. find stores can be hit & miss . Scotts have better ranges as more Ath-leisure
Good place for brands like Adidas originals as well as the lower end sports stuff. Mainly street-sports fashion and a wide selection of footwear and accessories. Prices are not too bad. They have a handy free click and collect service online, but it's best to visit at a quiet time or you can be stood aside for ages waiting for it. Can get a few top items at great prices in the sale now and then.
