    Really poor branch. Turned up for an appointment which they were told the exact tyres that were required and they hadn’t got the tyres. Also when they initially took the car off me they said β€˜Locking wheel nut’ I said it’s in the car somewhere as i haven’t touched it since it was delivered and they might know better where it is, the chap on reception just said β€˜Well it’s your car’, rude. Rebooked in for the next day after ordering the tyres. Went back the next day, waited 1 hour and came back to my car parked near the street with the passenger window left fully open! Not only this but the tyres were the wrong ones. There was also white gunk left all over my rims and the tyres. They had to take the tyres off and refit my old ones. Again they left white gunk all over my rims and tyres. Would not recommend this place at all, through it all the staff were also very blunt and verging on rude, made me feel very uncomfortable.

    Booked in the morning as i'd found a screw in my tyre and had new tyre fitted by lunchtime. Quick and dependable service. Have used kwik fit for all my tyres for a number of years now either Stretford or Altrincham branches

    If I could give 0 Stars then I would! Dropped in to enquire about my tyres see if they needed changing, all I wanted was a quick check yes or no needs tyres based on tread depth, then rebook in for a couple of days time, the guy was ignorant and rude, zero customer service skills! I won’t go back to this garage ever, what’s weird is I told a couple of lads at work and was told, oh yeah they are notorious!

    Turned up for an appointment but the worker was rude and unhelpful. He was very blunt, did not seem to understand anything about the issue and did not seem to care. He was very happy to see my leave as soon as possible, and he did not send me on my way with any additional information. Very poor customer service, which is becoming a regular issue with Kwik Fit across branches

    If I could give zero or even negative stars, I absolutely would! I booked a **brake fluid change** at Kwik Fit earlier this week (Monday). When I arrived, I realised my **wheel lock key** was not in my car. The staff member I spoke to was polite at first β€” he told me to call back once I found the key, which I did later that same afternoon. He remembered me on the phone, and when I asked for the **next available slot**, he confirmed I could come back **the next morning at 9:00 AM**. I even double-checked with him, asking, *β€œDo you have my record? Do I need to do anything else to confirm my booking?”* He replied that **he had my record** and that there was **nothing more I needed to do**. However, when I arrived the next morning (Tuesday) at 9:00 AM, I was greeted by **a different staff member**. After checking the computer, he told me **there was no record of any appointment** under my name. He then added that the colleague I spoke to the day before was **off duty today**. This staff member β€” who was sitting at the **right-hand side desk** β€” simply repeated that there was *β€œnothing he could do”* and that I should *rebook online*. He made no effort to verify my situation, contact his colleague, or offer any assistance. His attitude was dismissive and unhelpful; it was clear he just wanted to move on to the next customer. I was **shocked** and **disappointed**. I had already paid for the service, followed all instructions, and yet was treated as if the problem was mine. This is **not acceptable customer service**. There was no accountability, no willingness to help, and no basic courtesy shown. Frankly, this experience was **ridiculous and frustrating**. I wasted my time, received zero service, and was left feeling disrespected. I expect a **full refund immediately** β€” and I will never return to Kwik Fit again.

    Some staff in the morning had a face like thunder, with little effort to engage or be pleasant. I was also hoping that, as part of the service, you might wash the car. I imagine this might put the prices up.

    Did the job perfectly. No hassles. Checked my brakes. They needed replacing. They did the job perfectly. They took care of me.

    I have conflict feelings about it The service was quick but they didn’t do the wheel track alignment and they told me I had to come back Also the steering wheel was covered in dirt so badly my hands and trousers covered in dirt. It wouldn’t take a huge effort to wipe it after driving the car with the gloves used to change the tyres

    My youngest daughter called in today having broken down alone last night and with a problem with a tyre pressure warning light. The man she saw was rude and dismissive and made her feel stupid. She will not be using Stretford again
