   Recently went here to get the aircon regassed in an older hyundai, the service was brilliant, originally I had it booked for almost a week away but they called multiple times to tell me about slots closer to the time which was wonderful given the heat recently. Air con is now blissfully cold! Thank you very much Natallie for the brilliant customer service, and cheers to the guys who got it sorted so quickly!

   Great service, good people. Will offer good advice and referrals. They can be a bit busy in terms of how much they have on, so don't expect a next day appointment, but it's worth the wait. Dropped off for MOT in the morning and was done just before lunch. Even left my windows cracked before pickup so the inside didn't get too hot in this heatwave. Small detail but I noticed!

   I booked an MOT test with a interim service for March 20th 2023, arrived at around 8.40am and being a first time customer saw the Wellington Garage sign at the far end of a long building, a van hire Company use the most of the premises, I entered this bay and saw a member of staff at the far end standing in an office, I politely enquired were I needed to report to for my appointment....this staff member totally ignored me, I asked again and was told in a very rude tone that I should report to the reception office at the other end of the building, he was the MOT inspector. I proceeded to walk toward the reception office and remembered that i had put the security wheel socket on the passenger seat in case the wheel(s) needed to be removed, the MOT inspector had followed me out and was getting in a van when I tried to pass this information onto him, he again totally ignored me, I shouted why don't you listen to me and re-tried yet again, he said in a very sharp ignorant manner that he would not be taking the wheels off and would not need the socket! I was by now very upset at this very rude and ignorant man and relayed this fact to Wayne who was on the reception desk. I received a telephone call around 3.00pm to inform me that my vehicle was ready for collection, I walked to Wellington Garage living just 10 minutes away and told the Lady receptionist about the awful and upsetting incident to which she actually knew about, I will never use this garage again, the garage proprietor stated that his staff member is an MOT inspector and does not really deal with customers, I said that if there is no other staff available it is obvious that this will happen again, he should either be retrained in customer service or sacked. I am very upset at the way I was ignored and the way I was eventually spoken to. I have been dealing with various garage services for 50 years + and can honestly say this is the worst incident in all of those years.

He arranged for the car to be collected, updated me on progress, went out of his way to ensure my new tyre was collected to pass mot and delivered the car back with a full service and mot done at a great price....    Highly recommend this garage. They have been looking after my now 18 year old car for over 5 years. Paul and Wayne are great guys. Friendly, professional, honest, trustworthy and reliable with very reasonable prices. They don't look for things to fix that don't need fixing and they don't exaggerate things that do, and that is very important to me as a single woman. Pick up and drop off service and courtesy car when available - fantastic service, thanks guys!

   Very happy with the service from Wayne and the team at Wellington Garage. Long story short: they really helped to get my car through its MOT by sourcing a part for my car - at a much lower cost than everyone else was quoting me. They even gave me a lift back home when I brought the car in for some additional work I wanted doing - and then brought the car back to me! I will be back and will tell others what a good service they provided me.
