   i visited this jd a few days ago, i wanted to buy a pair of shoes for myself and as a woman i already am scared of doing this on my own. i walked into the jd and went to the women’s shoe section. i picked up a shoe and asked this guy on the section for a shoe. he was tall skinny and white i don’t remember his name but he has curly hair. i approached him and i asked him for a shoe size he laughed at me and then in a weird accent said we don’t have this shoe and started laughing at me. for what reason i dont know why and then he walked off, to the front of the store where he started speaking to a woman who i believe is the manager and he just left the shoe in my hand. i would never recommend this jd and i want to know if anyone can find out his name as i was scared and very awkward. im appalled at this lack of good service.

   I don't like coming to this store but unfortunately I don't have much of a choice because it’s the closest sporting goods shop I can walk to without having to go all the way to the city Center on my day off their selection is small and most of the stuff seem to be very young- practically teenagers-and they don't appear to have much training is customer service. On top of that many of the employers are black and I want to say that respectfully but I often feel like they look at me as if I'm about to run out of the store with the shoes the moment I tried them on. I can't calmly try things on choose what I want or see how the shoes look on my feet without feeling watched. The cashier has such long eyelashes that I honestly wonder whether she can even see the screen and she moves so slowly that buying just one pair of shoes usually means standing in line for a 15 20 minutes. Instead of serving customers first and chatting with her coworkers later she preferred to have a laugh with them before helping anyone. And when I finally reach the register she looks at me as if I'm inconveniencing her just by buying something it feels like they’re working there against they will. The roll their eyes sigh and generally act a Way that doesn't make me want to come back. But I don't really have another option. I also don't understand Whether the store actually doesn't have a fitting room which seems unbelievable to me in a clothing store or even just always out of order every time I ask if I can try something on- whether it’s a pants or hoddie they tell me the fitting room is not available

   Staff are dojey my parcel was there but they claimed it was not until I lent over a kicked my own parcel up out the box at the main desk ... apparently my parcel was scanned and had left .... they was positive it was not there ... until I lent over an seen my name on 2 parcels .... never again there up to something in there inside jobs ect

   Nobody answers the phone no matter how often or how long you ring for, so you have to turn up to see the whole place is just ransacked and there's nothing worthwhile in stock. Staff are nice enough when you're there in person and they can't ignore you anymore.

   Me and my partner had a fantastic experience here on 15th October 2022. We came to return some trainers, the floor staff were really helpful and patient as we both tried on a number of different shoes. In particular the assistant manager Armann (I think that was his name) was incredibly friendly and efficient, just someone who you can see is amazing at their job.
