   This was my first time ordering from here. I ordered a variety of dishes for 5 people, but I won't be ordering again. Ordering and Payment Issues: I ordered online but wasn't given a clear option to pay (or perhaps I missed a step in the process). Delivery Problems: The delivery was late and items were missing I had to call back to request the missing items, which arrived late and cold In-Store Experience: While waiting for the missing items, a friend joined us, so I went to the restaurant to order for them. There was no card payment option available, so I had to walk to a cash machine (which charges a fee) to withdraw money. While waiting, I observed: A kitchen staff member licking his fingers from the takeaway boxes A female staff member on the phone (presumably handling delivery orders) she lies customers with them orders as she was looking to them blames the delivery lads. Food Quality Issues: Duck main course was undercooked Noodles were too dry Fried vegetables in hot sauce were disgusting - nothing was actually fried, and the sauce was horrible and soup-like (we threw this away) Salt and pepper squid was rock hard and overcooked Satay sauce tasted more like curry Singapore fried rice was just plain rice with curry sauce and nothing else Overall: Not recommended

   Absolutely the best Chinese takeaway in the area by far. If I could afford it I'd have it every day breakfast lunch and dinner. Very very nice and the staff are amazing 100 out of 10 for me all day long.

   Ordered a delivery. It’s cash only so gave the driver £40 for a £30 order. Driver claimed he didn’t have change only about 60p, so had no choice but to let him pocket the £10 or leave the Chinese. No offer of sorting it out. Food was decent, but wouldn’t get a delivery again…….

   I requested a very small amount (spoonful) of sweet and sour sauce and was told that they only sell large pots for £2.10. I heard the owner say I hadn't spent enough for them to give me some. I won't be spending anything here in the future! Very rude and appalling customer service.

   My lunch time meal was awful. Hard Chips with black bits on (went straight in the bin) chicken balls were soggy, pale batter and the chicken looked uncooked. Bbq sauce was tasteless in flavour and so Salty I could not eat it .

   If you want food that is warm at best that takes an hour and 40 minutes to get to you after you order then please use this Chinese but if you want hot food delivered in a reasonable time then avoid, avoid, avoid! There also seemed to be a glitch with the online ordering as despite ordering 3 rice when it came there was only one and my email said I had only ordered one but this wasn’t correct. Waited a total of 1 hour 40 mins for food to arrive. I called and was given assurances that it was on its way and there was a delay? but with no sign I called again 20 mins later and then got a call from the driver (although no apology on arrival) and when it finally arrived it really wasn’t worth the wait as most of it was warm at best, nothing was hot and chips were stone cold inedible and rice seemed very salty. Also we did not chance eating the chicken balls that were extremely pink inside and were not waiting for replacement to come another hour and a half later! Will not bother ordering from here again as last time when we collected there was a very long wait too. They charge £3 for delivery but can’t see why as service wasn’t worth a penny.
