   I love this shop. Julie the owner works her socks off to ensure an amazing experience for every client, whether ordering online or in person in the shop in Werherby. She had plenty of stock and was happy for this to be tried on, really helpful and a pleasure to buy from.

   Fabulous job by KOOL KIDZ on our work uniforms after a truly shocking experience at APC. Julie was very patient with me, as I had some problems with the new logo we had done, then I took forever to make a decision. She was understanding of the terrible job done by a previous company and assured me things would be done properly. We bought our own garments because it was just easier for me, and they had no problem with that. Very reasonable price (too low, to be honest). Will use again and recommend to everyone! Thank you!!

   Fantastic shop and colleagues there. Julie and I guess Emily were extremely helpful and sorted everything out for us. We are coming from Dubai and the quality of uniforms even for high end private schools is simply pathetic and the prices are a rip off. They have good stuff and good knowledge of the needs.    Abit rash with my first comment as didn't know there was delivery issues but wasn't the company's fault. I have received both tops and alittle sorry note with top which made me feel bad, sometimes I just need to sit back and remember that we are all having a hard time at the moment with things being made differcult for us.

   So far not received the order I placed nearly 3 weeks ago .. can get it’s a busy time , however no response from several emails I cannot accept ! Still awaiting whether my last email gets me at least an idea of what is happening with this order .. in the meantime my granddaughter has to wear a T-shirt for PE that doesn’t fit or go through lost property to see if there is one she can borrow !

   I recently went to purchase some final bits of uniform from kool kids and when I spoke to the staff the said that they couldn't guarantee that my order would be here by the start of the new school term. They would order it and hope it would. The shop was extremely busy and that staff worked well through serving all their customers. They were friendly, helpful, polite and super approachable.

   Super friendly and very helpful staff. Even when it's really busy they're always happy and go out of there way to put everyone at ease as best they can. We came here after a bad experience with another uniform shop and we will absolutely be returning for all our uniforms for school and business.

   We ordered a PE TOP, size 9/10 years, but really they cheat us, they just put 9/10years on a large size T SHIRT, and delivered to us. If they don't have stock of desired size, at least they can inform the customer.
