It was my first visit, had the Mala Xiang Gou - Spicy Hot Pot with steamed rice, generous portion, authentic flavour (mainland China). The dishes on the menu are more of the Sichuan (Szechwan) cuisine if you’re into spicy food, but I’m sure they can tone it down for you! The place is very clean, great service, friendly staff and very accommodating. So pleased there is an authentic mainland Chinese restaurant in Uxbridge, no need to go all the way to London! Parking is easy at the Chimes, reasonable price and only a couple of min walk if you come out from the Odeon. Highly recommended and will definitely visit again! 祝生意兴隆!老板一定要坚持开下去哦!

Absolutelly delightful experience. First of all the young lady who served me is beautiful , gentle, polite and offers very quick service. Food was piping hot, I could tell it was freshly cooked and also had chopsticks to take home ! Lovely glass of wine served with a glass of water. I will definetly be back !

Truly exceptional dining! Superb Salt & Pepper Ribs or Squid and Char Siu Bao Buns. Jasmin Tea pot even has a leaf filter. Try the new Handmade Ice Lemon Tea for a sweet, refreshing treat. Friendly service too.

Had dinner here with a friend and it was a fantastic experience! The lady serving us was absolutely amazing – really friendly and attentive. The food came out quickly, was beautifully presented, and tasted delicious. Portions were generous and very satisfying. Overall, we left really happy and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

Excellent service by a Chinese lady Very considerate for carefully packing our left-over fish dish with plastic cover. She even packs for us. Normally, waiters does not care for packing the food dishes of leftover and they simply just give you the plastic container. First ,beef dish came and it was not the order and she immediately took it back and changed to the fish dish that we ordered. Don’t be discouraged by the red colour and it is not that spicy at all.Just like mild spicy I would say. Pork dish is also great. But I wish there is more meat in there. Even 1 portion steam rice bowl enough for our couple as it was big.but we ordered 2. Overall, Great service and quick Normal portion size. Very Satisfactory

Spicy dishes exactly match the taste like at home. High recommended if you have a proper Chinese stomach. Just a remind, parking in the mall is just one minute walk to the restaurant, if you exit by Odeon.

We went there Saturday afternoon round 1.30pm, very quiet. Waitress was friendly, nice quick service since after we arrived 2 other parties joined. I had the prawn toast - delicious, packed to the top with prawns. I asked the waitress for a recommendation she suggested the Ran Noodles with minced pork. It was so good, spicy but not too hot and flavoursome. The pak choi needed some seasoning, but mixed with everything else it was fine. My first had the crispy chicken with spicy Noodles.

Enjoyed a nice lunch on Saturday which wasn't busy so service was efficient and friendly. We tried some unusual dishes too and found all the food fresh and tasty. Thank you to the staff for making us very welcome and to Jing who took the time to explain some if the dishes for us.. Well worth a visit!

Wow! The real deal here. Had the sea bass hot pot; spicy & numbing from the zingy Sichuan peppercorns, tofu & veggies in an umami-rich broth. Just perfect for a cold day. Got talking to the friendly and helpful staff and their other restaurant Chilli Cool in Euston (which I had visited and found really good a couple of years back) has more choice and some gluten-free options. Not cheap, but done properly. You won’t find many Anglos in here as it is not your usual UK ‘’Chinese” fare. Highly recommended if you are adventurous. Going back for crispy fried stuff!
