I wish I read their reviews first. Keep away from these. Took the car in for MOT and full service with engine flush. They curbed my front wheel and completely denied it. The car was parked on the next street corner when I collected it. The oil was still dirty and according to them after an engine flush and oil change the oil should still be black. I was going to bring them a lot of business but will never use them or recommend anyone!
Con artist, spoke to guy on phone , gave reg and quoted me £170 for full service, when I arrive a week later on planned date , he said because it’s a 19 plate ( would have known this when I gave reg week before) that it will be an extra £30 because it needs special oil. I had a service here several years ago on the same car and was told it needed special oil then. I left , spoke to my old neighbour who used to do service every year up until now , he said that they trying to con me , and my car does not need special oil , and the quote of £170 initially is far to expensive for a service. Anyway I know have it booked into another garage for £120. So thanks for trying to con me , which didn’t work, as I have now found a garage that is decent and honest.
I needed my sprinter van mot. So I contacted Euro and booked it in. Also it needed too be a Saturday. Not a problem bso they ooked me in. On the day of the mot my service indicator flashed up. So I asked if they could carry out Its service whilst they had it. Again not a problem. They MOTd it and rectified a couple of small advisory. Gave it a service. Advised I would need some front pads in a few months. I couldn't fault there service. it was professional all the way. And the bill was very reasonable I also have another van and my car. Which I'll be giving it to Euro for Its not & servicing Thank you
Honestly thr worst experience ever. Do not trust this garage, esp with high-cost jobs. I have just been told by a reputable garage that the part that was fitted on my car by Faisal at Euro Testing Station does not seem genuine or may be used, and that the workmanship is shoddy at best, with a constant warning light being illuminated on in the car. This naturally doesn't allow MOT to be passed, and so now I have been left with a massive problem due to this incompetent garage, which charged me full but left me with a permanent problem! Avoid at all costs because this man doesn't know what he's doing. Edit in reply to owner's comment: Its very convenient that most bad reviews here seem like 'false reports' to you! Even when the people have been named directly! I can absolutely clarify that this is not a false review and 100% what I experienced at the hands of Euro Testing Station. Edit: I bought in my car for a new catalytic converter. I left with what is apparently one that isn't fitted in properly at all and maybe not genuine- this is the professional opinion of two other garages- and a constant warning engine light being illuminated all the time. This has caused numerous problems with MOT clearance ever since.
I am very impressed with this garage! I had a rare problem with my X1 where the panoramic sun shade mechanism had broken and the entire sun shade needed replacing. Faisal has been great from the initial phone call to completion of the work. Very professional and no problem is too big or too small for him. I would highly recommend his garage to everyone.
I wrote a negative review earlier with regards to clutch replacement however the owner of the business contacted me and rectified the issue . The part installed was faulty but as it was under warranty it was replaced by the mechanic and problem was resolved . I am glad the owner chased my initial negative review and sorted out the problem and gave me a piece of mind. At least I found a garage that I can trust now.
My staff and I have been using these guys for the past 10 years. They are truly excellent in the quality and pricing of their services. Will go out of their way to to provide excellent service. A friendly family workshop! Thank you guys HIGHLY RECOMMENDED TO EVERYBODY!!
Just posting on behalf of my twin sister ( as she does not have a computer) who came to visit me. She stopped by this garage after losing her engine oil top. This is not her regular garage but the manager was immediately helpful and together with his junior mechanic, they was to successfully retrieve this without charge. Lovely people :)
