    I am very grateful of the help and expertise given by Jay at Infiniti Motors after my wife’s car developed an issue whilst she was on her way to work in Eccles. As we live elsewhere in Greater Manchester, I wasn’t sure who in the area was best to solve the problem, but when I spoke to members of my wife’s family, who live in Eccles, they all recommended Jay. I took the car to the garage and he was able to diagnose the issue, source the parts, and get the car back up and running on the same day!     Had an issue a few weeks ago with my M4 where the car would just shut off and lose all signs of life. BMW said my ECU may need replacing and possibility of new battery. Of course they would charge me just to check it, then the parts, labor and charge for re-programming / flashing ECU. This was too costly, so before i committed i made a wise decision to get a second opinion. My family have been going to this garage for a while but this was my first time. Now with the above in mind, i expected similar feedback and i was worrying about it as i use my car for work. I had it get dropped off early in the morning as i had to shoot off to work. Lucky Me. I got to work having received a few missed calls from Infiniti and i rang them back expecting bad news. However the chap at the garage informed me it was just a blown bloody fuse. What a joke! This saved me money and a lot of worry. Not sure if its the owner but a lad called Jay even waited behind so i could re-collect my car when i finished work. Life savers. Since then i have had brakes replaced and MOT. All top quality and amazing customer service. Thanks G

    I had a breakdown recently, and the RAC informed me that my timing belt had broken. I had my car delivered to Infiniti Motor Works, and they was absolutely amazing. After a thorough inspection, the mechanic discovered it wasn’t the timing belt at all! They kept me up to date throughout the process and saved me a lot of money and worry. He explained things clearly so I could easily understand what needed to be done, and also provided a detailed video of my car. He went above and beyond to ensure my car was running smoothly again. I highly recommend Infiniti Motor Works for their excellent customer service, honesty, and high-quality workmanship!

    Bad experience, avoid this garage! Poor customer service, the owner is extremely argumentative and aggressive. I took the car in after booking an appointment, and he then refused to carry out the work we originally discussed.
