Very polite staff, just very very oily rice more like a paella and was very flavourless, the spring roll was very odd, it had red peppers sweetcorn and peas never had that before in the spring roll!! I’m not trying to be nasty but it was great hope it improves!
Lovely couple run this joint fish and chips, and chinese. Food is good for both types. It is cash only, so be prepared. These are the sort of owners who you want to keep as part of our community!
Reasonable fish and chips. Quite expensive for the portion sizes - the standard size cod was more like a child’s portion. Very nice perfectly cooked chips, and the fish although very small was well cooked freshly to order with a decent thin and crisp batter. Disappointing that mushy peas are not on the menu. Small cod and chips cost £10.60 (cash only), cheerful friendly service.
Super tasty food from this lovely village take away. Such a lovely family own this Chinese / Chip Shop. They really do their best to look after their customers. Even if you aren’t popping in, they’ll wave through the window to say hi. But their fish cakes are to die for. I can’t recommend here enough.

Only place could go for a lunch but had diarrhea straight after eating. Fish is very oily fat and the shop generally looks very dirty inside out.
