   I went to return a pair of shoes I had ordered 15 days earlier. When I first approached the support desk, the lady I spoke to dismissed my request and incorrectly told me that I had to return the item through the online app. However, when I checked the app, it clearly stated that returns could be made in-store. I went back to the desk and noticed that she assisted other white people without hesitation, but still did not handle my return properly. Thankfully, another staff member at the desk helped me and processed the return for the correct size without any issue. Next should ensure their staff are properly trained and treat all customers with respect and fairness. No customer should feel ignored or misled during such a simple process.

   This Next store is situated on The Moor in Sheffield where there are lots of the popular High Street stores. It’s light and bright with a good range of stock and plenty of room to move around. Someone is very good at window dressing as it always catches my eye. An added bonus is that there is a Costa cafe in the store, just right for when you need a pick me up mid-shop.

   In the heart of city centre lies the next.. Spacious and good collections..Staffs were okayish.. The guy who helped me to bill my perfumes were good.. Loved the collections and the way things arranged.. prices are good too.. parking , we have to do near the city centre.. I left my car at moot parking.. which is £2.50 for 2 hours

   My 90 year old friend tries to be independent and keep himself active. He needed a new fireside chair. He looked around and found himself one he liked at Next, on the Moor, Sheffield. The computer system for ordering items was "down", apparently, so he was asked to return the next day. This he did. Having selected a chair he produced his Visa card. However, because he does not have a PC or e mail address he was told he could not buy the chair. No explanation was given. Next lost a near £500 sale. Is this good customer service?

   Loving being in this town shopping, although being a Male, really looking. This store is something different to what I've seen before. Maybe I should get out more, explore and visit nice retail stores. Very good shop.enjoy.

   Poor selection of stock. Went of trousers. Size 34, regular. Nothing in stock for 90% of the styles they have. The most regular size in the UK, and no stock. Poor.
