   What a wonderful shop, I can’t believe I have never come across New Image before. I first contacted the shop by phone where Emma dealt with me in such a professional manner and she was able to put my mind at rest and reassure me that she would be able to find me something within their shop to suite myself, after having a very awful experience within another establishment looking for a wedding outfit. When attending my appointment my first impression was wow!! What a lovely shop and what great ladies who know how to dress you and make you feel very special. It’s a hidden gem if you have a special occasion and you want that extra wow factor you must visit this shop everything under one roof. It may have been my first visit but it certainly will not be my last. Thanks ladies, especially Emma for all your help ❤️

   I love this shop! The range of clothes they have is amazing, whether it’s mother of the bride or something casual, you’ll find it here. The staff are all so friendly and helpful especially Emma who is an absolute star. Emma goes above and beyond to help you find just the right outfit, nothing is too much trouble. Highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for a pleasant and relaxed shopping experience.

   We have had a fantastic morning at New Image with Emma. We were shopping for an event outfit for my mum. Emma was amazing. She really listened and tuned into what we wanted and picked out some gorgeous things to try that we would not have picked up. Emma found a stunning outfit and matched everything mum needed to complete the look. We had a lovely experience, a laugh and came away with so many more things than we were looking for which was great. Thanks Emma for a great experience today. We will definitely be returning.

   Myself and my mum went today, no appointment made as we wasn’t sure of what we was looking for & didn’t realise how the shop worked with all those fabulous dresses upstairs, Sue, Emma & the team were all super friendly & welcoming nothing was too much trouble! We ended up with tea and Prosecco to celebrate saying yes to the mother of the bride dress! Such a fabulous experience I will definitely be returning to New image! Lovely people. #lovetokeepitlocal.    Bev and Sue were fantastic today and we found the perfect outfit for my mum. They made her feel completely at ease and listened to what she liked and didn’t like which really matters. I can’t recommend New Image enough and I’m excited to see my mum in her outfit on our wedding day. Thank you Bev and Sue we had a great time!

   I went with my mum to try and find a mother of the bride dress for my June wedding. The lady was really nice but not many if hardly any in the colour or size we was looking for and the ones we were shown were totally the polar opposite colour. As a suggestion when people book appointments to attend to view dresses ask the bridal party colour or ask the shop if they have the colour you want in stock before traveling there. We thankfully found a beautiful dress else where.

   I hate writing bad reviews but am so disappointed with my visit today. I booked an appointment for today and my husband was coming along with me to buy a wedding outfit for our sons wedding. (I had told the lady my size when I booked). On getting to the shop we were asked to wait as there was another lady up stairs already. This was absolutely no problem at all as I thought they would be finishing off and simply over running. However on going upstairs the other lady was still in the full throws of trying on dresses. Granted I did not ask at the time of booking if the appointment was ours alone but as I had visited other places and it was the case, I assumed (rightly or wrongly) that it would be the same. Quite frankly my husband and I felt in the way and i only got the chance to look once in the mirror in the sitting area as the other lady was constantly there, so I had to make do with the fitting room mirror. At the beginning I gave the assistant an idea of what I was looking for (picture taken from their advert) but was told they didn’t have my size anymore and only had 1 of each size in each dress. I tried about a dozen dresses, none of which I liked and had said weren’t what I wanted. To me the stock levels just weren’t adequate enough and quite frankly the dresses I tried on were frumpy and not what I had said i liked or had in mind. Very disappointing experience and one I will not be repeating or recommending.
