I am a new patient at this practice. My experience has been first class from the initial phone enquiry to my first appointment with the dentist and hygienist. I am not nervous of dentists but if I were this practice would be perfect. It is so calm and everyone you meet is helpful and friendly. Special mention to my dentist Sundas who is that perfect combination of professional and caring. She communicates so clearly and explains everything so well. Very reassuring manner and I also like the way she speaks to her staff which I always pay attention to. A lovely dentist who I would absolutely recommend
Fabulous experience. I'm petrified of the dentist. My appt was with Dr Monika Podgorska, as was my previous one. She put me at ease on collecting me from the waiting room to sitting in the chair. Examination of lymph nodes, i thought, was impressive, she's the only dentist whoever performed this on me. Then mouth examination was thorough yet gentle. Given advice on how to improve on oral hygiene. I had questions afterwards and she obliged with answers. Told my daughter when I got home and she said she had the same experience with this dentist and said "I hope she never leaves" We are 2 very happy patients.
I’m usually extremely nervous about going to the dentist, but my recent visit with Monika has changed my view. From the moment I arrived she was incredibly reassuring and tried to make me feel at ease. Monika took the time to talk me through everything and used humour to distract me. She was very knowledgeable and gave me detailed personalised guidance on how to improve my brushing technique. Linda the dental nurse was also attentive and professional. The most positive dental appointment I’ve ever had. Highly recommended!
I have been a patient of this precision dentist for a number of years and I can honestly say that there has been a vast improvement in recent times. The staff at the desk particularly Gemma are friendly and always try to accommodate with appointments. I have had two treatments done by Dr Ruksana and Alicia. Excellent. Since a young age I’ve struggled with my teeth. I’ve been named called and bullied. I met with Naveed and this guy changed my life. My teeth look AMAZING. The whole staff team were really nice and supportive. Never ever regret one moment. Thank you soo much.
I booked an emergency dental appointment for my mum who has dementia. The kindness and patience that the receptionist, the dentist and the dental assistant showed her was beyond expectations. They treated her with such respect and managed to treat her under very difficult circumstances. I am extremely grateful for your professionalism - truly thank you for what you did!
Excellent dentist. I have anxiety and suffered a panic attack at the end of treatment on my last visit. The dental surgeon took great care of me, calmed me down, and allowed me to stay in the treatment room for ten minutes to make sure I was ok before leaving. Highly recommended.
Where can I start... Firstly I would like to say a huge thank you to Precision Dental Clinic and Dr Naveed Patel, for making my dream smile come to life. The treatment I went for was Invisalign, teeth whitening and composite bonding. During my treatment I was promised there would be no pain whatsoever by Dr Naveed, as visiting a dentist is not the best place for me to visit personally. During my journey Dr Naveed allowed me to overcome my fear of dentists, as I had a fear of visiting dentists due to the pain. Through my appointments Dr Naveed eased me into it and assured me I was in the best hands... which was very true. The team at Precision Dental Clinic have really high standards of care they always made me feel welcome and looked after me well with the appointments to meet my needs. All I can I say is, if you are looking for a experienced dentist who is a perfectionist then I would highly recommend, Dr Naveed at the Oldham branch.
After bouncing around between different dentists due to unsatisfactory services, I have now been with this dentist for a few years. I cannot recommend this practice enough. Dr Naveed always ensures that I am comfortable and explains any dental treatment step by step. Where I have had other dentists recommending to pull a tooth out, Dr Naveed always successfully saves it. I have received excellent service from the whole team: the front of house, as well as the lovely dental nurse/hygienist. Glad to have found a trusting and reliable service!
