This should be a great service which it is. Communication is appalling, we were told my mum had an appointment for a home visit. Never received a letter, only found out when I rang to chase it. I then called on the Friday to pay the balance and was told the appointment was for the following Monday at 11.30. We waited all morning, I called to be told that she wasn't on the list and it was now 24th March. It had obviously been changed between the Friday and Monday but nobody had thought to contact us. I had to withhold some medication The communication needs really improving
