Upon arrival I had the unfortunate experience of being checked in by a young lady at reception who I can only assume was a senior member of staff as she stood there instructing the welcoming receptionists. Given it was late evening and most likely had a long day but this was no excuse for her behaviour. Her communication was highly unprofessional and the tone used was something to be questioned. Aside from that I was seen almost immediately and the extraction took less than ten minutes which i can't thank the dentist enough for.

Today I had attended here to meet George (G) the Dentist who was really polite and nice as well as professional. What a considerate and lovely person he is! He made me feel so comfortable and relaxed from the moment I walked in. I’m so glad and relieved thank god (Alhumdulilah) I’m seeing a dentist finally after a couple of years of trying to get a dental appointment even for just a check up! Even though it was only an emergency appointment due to 6 months of continued pain and soreness 24/7 that I have to currently deal with. I’m so so happy with the service, advice and attention he gave to me and my (oral) health I.e my teeth. It’s people like him and healthcare professionals like him who make the journey and appointment worth it. I appreciate the care and advice he gave me. Thank you George! Thank you for your time and genuine service. Keep being you. If you come here locally for your Dentist appointments how lucky! The reception staff the girls (Asian) sorry don’t get any names, were also so lovely and helpful even a smile goes along way. They took time to help me quickly fill in my form that I didn’t even realise I had to fill in prior to the appointment. God bless you all and people like you Ameen. You make the NHS worth it and what it is. Thank you! I appreciate your support and service.

Everyone at the clinic was polite, including the young female dentist who attended to me not sure of how many years experience she had. I had an emergency appointment due to severe cheek numbness and my first-ever toothache. I appreciated that she explained my X-ray showed no visible issues. However, when I asked what I could do to manage the pain, I was advised to "book a full dental check up" (which was confusing, as I believed that’s what I was there for) and she recommended me products to take something though I wasn’t sure what it was, as she didn’t write it down. When I asked what to do if the pain continued, she said, “The more pain you’re in, the easier it will be for us to find the cause.” odd. I paid around £24 for the visit, which was reasonable unfortunately I left feeling confused, still in pain and without any clear solution. Overall it felt like a pointless appointment with someone with very little knowledge.

I went in for a check-up and paid for that service. However, without consulting or getting my consent, they went ahead and carried out a treatment — then added an extra charge for it. There was no clear communication or agreement beforehand. I expect transparency and respect for patient consent, especially when it involves additional costs. Very disappointing experience.

Went to the dentist for the first time in 6 years today due to a crippling fear of going. I have to say that this is the best experience of a dentist that I’ve ever had! Aleedin was so so reassuring and friendly, didn’t make me feel ashamed or embarrassed at all and was so gentle. He didn’t do any more work than I needed at the time to get me used to going to the dentist again. Even the injections didn’t hurt too much. The nurse in there was equally as friendly and walked me through calming down whilst they cleaned my teeth. Can’t promise I won’t be scared next time, but my fear will definitely disappear over time with this dentist. I honestly can’t thank you enough! This was all on a Saturday as well when everyone wants to go home.

I had a series of appointments take place here and was extremely anxious after putting this off. The dentist, Faraz, was extremely reassuring and kind in helping me through these issues. It's thanks to this place that I have hope for my teeth going forward.

No problems as usual. Dentist was very helpful without being patronising. It's nice to have the same dentist for the past two years. I just wish they don't run behind as we've never been seen at the right time of our appointments. They always apologise though.

Yesterday I had an appointment with Rabat & Ray Dental. It was quite good experience this time, but in past I paid for nothing. In the past I was treated below the professional standards and due to their unprofessional behaviour I lost my one teeth. Also dentist never clean my teeth and I was told that we will book you for hygienist but never replied. Their reception staff is quite unfriendly and they well come with 25% rude behaviour.

Awful. I have not been able to see a dentist since last winter. My appointments have been cancelled three times, despite my treatment calssified as "urgent" by them originally. I have since found another dentist who has seen me twice within the last few weeks (on NHS) and said the "urgent" problem is not that bad.
