   On 7th October I scheduled for an appointment with Bupa dental stalybridge branch for 12th Nov. They kept sending me multiple reminders up till late evening the day before the appointment (11th), only for them to cancel the appointment on the morning of the 12th being the day for the appointment. I had moved a couple of meetings around just for them to casually cancel the appointment. Very unprofessional behavior

   Don't think I have ever come across more helpful reception staff and dental nurses, a great team in stalybridge, Friendly, seems like they genuinely care about the patients. Highly recommend! Parvaneh is a brilliant dentist who genuinely cares about her patients! Can't fault the place.

   So far, my experience at Bupa has been positive. I have been seen by a brilliant, female dentist and each time, she gives great advice and is trustworthy. I have avoided going to other dentists in the past as it always seemed like they found problems and made it seem like it was a worst case scenario (removal of teeth or filling) but after all these years my tooth is healthy and has not caused any problems. But since I went to Bupa, I feel reassured and don't feel like I'm being mugged off. Making an emergency dental appointment wasn't a problem at all and was in fact arranged very quickly which was very helpful. There are sometimes issues getting through to reception as calls aren't always picked up and the wait can be long, so this was a rare occasion where I was able to get through and was given an appointment straight away. This is no fault of those who work there but purely down to the structure of the building: one of the dental rooms is directly next to the reception and often when the door is opened, even briefly, I worry others may be able to see me and this makes me feel a little embarrassed and uncomfortable.

   Excellent dentist who give good friendly advice. I wouldn't go anywhere else. If you manage to be a patient here or are already please adhere to your appointment schedules as waiting area is not that vast.
