   So disappointed with this practice. Booked appointments for 3 children to have been rescheduled on the day. Rebooked again for today and got a call in the morning to say it’s been cancelled. Not at all professional as they could have had a locum in with it being first thing in the morning and the appointment not being till the afternoon. 2 straight cancellations in a row- so fuming!!!

   I went to the Dentist as an NHS patient and got charged private prices due to them giving me the wrong fillings. This took ages to resolved and get the £240 differece refunded. I've been assured that processes have changed to make sure this doesnt happen again but be wary to ensure that you know exactly what treatment you are having and what prices they are going to charge before any work is undertaken if you are an NHS patient.

   I have always been self conscious about my over crowded teeth so last March I took the plunge and started my journey by getting a consultation to start Invisalign. I am now at the end of my journey and couldn't be happier with the results. It was such an easy journey and I was kept up to date throughout with regular appointments and checks to make sure everything is going to plan. Every member of the team is kind and go out the way to make sure everything is right! Thank you!

   I was extremely nervous when I was booking the appointment, I have had lots of anxiety with dentist's and my teeth in the past. When I first arrived I was met by the amazing front desk team who were very kind and polite. I didn't have to wait long and soon enough it was my appointment, I was dreading it. However, the dentist and her assistant were incredible, they put me at ease very quickly and reassured me this would run at my own pace. They did an in depth check of my teeth and gums and identified the problem instantly. The work they both completed was exceptional and has now left me in a better position. They also advised next steps to complete at home, what equipment I should be using and that a follow-up should be booked. I would say anyone with any anxiety about dentists should look here, I honestly feel much better and I know I am in safe hands. Following up on this, I had a follow-up appointment with the Dental Hygienist to further clean my teeth and provide pointers. After the first appointment I felt more settled for this second one. A further clean was done, and I was reassured throughout it all again. An incredible follow-up experience. Thanks again.
