“I had an excellent experience at Kwik Fit thanks to Taiylor Mar. He was friendly, efficient, and clearly knew what she was doing. Taiylor explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and made sure my van was sorted quickly. Fantastic service—highly recommend!
No room for zero stars wanted to express how disgusted I am in the service. To clarify dont ever judge someone by their financial status or colour when entering. You would expect a brand this big has common knowledge of tracking and basic manners and customer service. The manager here is diabolical and comments made to the customer are unprofessional and unacceptable remember you get paid for your job so maybe look back at the job description and refresh your memory. You do not have a right to inflict your bad attitude and political views upon a customer even though I was sent back with my new car and you being proven an idiot you quickly backtracked. I will be taking this further . Regards

Ford Mustang air conditioning not working properly. Been quoted up to £1000 by a con man to fix it. Paul at Kwik Fit fixed it in 10 minutes and fully explained what was wrong. Really nice bloke and have already recommended a friend to go who is having a similar problem. Highly recommended

I rang for a brake quote in the morning. My details were taken and i was informed someone will call me back before 5pm. Its now 820pm and nobody has called me back. Looks like I will be going elsewhere for ALL MY motoring needs in the future
Today I had an accident on the motorway and my drivers tire had completely bust. The AA never came to recover me so my dad put the spare wheel on and we took it to Kwik Fit. They were fast, professional and well priced. I was so happy to get such good service after having a traumatic experience and the AA letting me down. Thank you kwik fit i'll be using you again if needed in the future and will be recommending you :) x
Great service, Efficient and Friendly. Highly recommended. They also have some good deals on tyres at the minute if you buy online
A few days have gone by since the puncture and I’ve collected another ( on a different wheel). As always fantastic service from Paul and the gang. This is the best Kwikfit in the area!!! Collected a puncture while moving my daughter into her new house. Paul managed to fit me in very quickly to complete the repair. Treated with professionalism, courtesy and a smile. Top bloke, well done :-)
