   For many who. sucumbe to irrational nerves pre appointment ,will find not only a relaxing, positive environment from the minute you arrive, but a caring upbeat appointment. Each step was explained and positively delivered so that you actually did not find yourself counting the minutes to the end The dental hygienist and her assistant were both incredibly positive and passionate about delivering a stress free check up and veneer flushing . I can actually say I will be happy to book again should I need a repeat procedure in the future.

   Excellent Dental Practice with really helpful and efficient receptionists. I’ve seen several dentists over the years- always a high quality, friendly and accessible service. Matthew Hughes is an excellent NHS dentist - very thorough and empathetic. Highly recommended.

   I had been a patient at this dentist my whole life and never had any issues. Once they went private it all went down hill. I tried to book my usual check up and was told I'd need to pay £50 upfront to do so but that the next appointment wasn't available for another 12 weeks... I'm happy to pay private prices but expect private level service in return. It is not good enough to charge at these prices and still have no availability for 3 months. There is also no valid reason for existing, long-time patients to have to fork out up front for an appointment. I have since moved to another private dentist who have availability when needed, don't demand payment up front and provide the experience and service I expect when paying high prices.

   My family has been coming to Romiley dental practice for over 20 years, We all used to see Mr Hull who was fantastic and he has now retired. We now have Sarah Johnston who has taken over from Mr Hull and WOW she is AMAZING! She is so thorough with her work. She is lovely, professional & puts you at ease straight away. She talks you through everything and makes sure you are comfortable & happy with everything. Very very happy. The best dentist you could wish for.

   I don't know the name of my new dentist but I was so impressed with the treatment she gave me today. Although there was a half hour delay and I had to wait , she was quick and professional and although I had a filling it didn't hurt. She put composite to fill the back and front if my front teeth which were wearing away and it has made such a remarkable difference and has done so much for my self esteem and I can now smile with confidence so thankyou. Also, as always the reception staff were super lovely even when I was on such a high I forgot to pay! So thankyou Romiley dental practice. From Rebecca Jones.

   I've been going to this dentist for over 25 years seeing Mr Dawson and have since been referred to Amy who is the new dentist who's taken over Mr Dawson. Honestly for anyone wanting to join or anyone waiting on treatment off Amy I would strongly advise NOT to. Worst experience in all my life! Amy carried out a tooth extraction on myself and it was like a horror film. Amy injected the area and DID NOT wait for the injection to numb the area, just started hammering the tooth out. I felt everything and advised she needs to wait as this is what usually happens, but she insisted it just needed more numbing. 5 injections later I still felt everything and Amy hammered my tooth down, resulting in my tooth breaking down so much that I've now been referred to hospital to have the remains surgically removed. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DENTIST TO ANYONE!!!! If I could give no stars I would.

   Have always found the staff to be very nice. My dentist does a good job of making sure we are all looking after our teeth and is lovely with my young child. The hygienist is so nice and adds that extra level of help and advice - definitely worth spending the extra pennies on him.
