“Fantastic outcome, thanks very much. Having lost confidence in my regular dentist. I came across Hale and Bowdon when I needed some emergency treatment on a Sunday some 6 months ago. I was immediately struck with the sense that I was been dealt with by someone at the top of their game. I’ve had oral misery for two years now so after my regular dentist told me that my two most troublesome teeth were unsavable and should be extracted I sought the opinion of Dr Saira. She was confident that these teeth could be saved, I had two invasive root canal treatments in an hour long appointment and was back at work straight after, totally pain free, and two crowns fitted subsequently. I’m just back from a Greek holiday having loved munching on crusty bread, and eating grilled meat and fish with total confidence! I can’t speak highly enough of Dr Saira and GI Georgie! “Daisie, our fit, never ill 13.5 yr old Bichon Shih Tzu cross, was going off her food and had become very lethargic. She didn't want to jump in or out of the car, which was NOT like her at all. The next day I noticed she wobbled slightly one day after she came down stairs. I thank God I did. I was sure something was wrong, so we took her to our normal vets that day, and they referred us to VetsNow for a CT scan, within 2 hours, which showed a mass on her spleen. As there weren't any others we decided to operate, dispite her age, as she was normal very fit and healthy. Vets Now were wonderful, very kind, understanding, approachable and knowledgeable. NOTHING was to much trouble, all the staff were lovely. We know Daisie was lucky, her operation was curative. Whilst we were at Vets Now we saw just how dedicated they all are to saving your pets life, and how compassionate they are. I would not hesitate to take any of my pets to Vets Now again if their situation was life threatening. Daisie is now well on her way to a full recovery, and we're hoping to have her for a few more years yet. As far as the cost are concerned, yes, it was more expensive and came as a bit of a surprise, but on the flip side they are open 24/7, they are VERY well kitted out and basically just waiting to help your pet.”

“Great place just at the start of an estate but very easy to find. Staff were friendly and helpful. Separate waiting areas for cats and dogs which is a great help. I was seen very quickly and the vet was wonderful. It was a little busy as it was the morning but no very long waits. Fantastic service from a very worthwhile charity. You so get asked if you would like to make a donation. Which I did as I have insurance and the donation goes a very long way. Only problem was a very very unhappy and disgruntled cat!!”

The place was easy enough to access via public transport (I walked from train station, not too far from victoria) All staff were helpful and the doctor who performed my medical was really pleasant, polite and good rumoured which put me at ease. The first staff member who took my photo seemed a bit abrupt but I think she was rushed. Overall a very good service. I realize the medicals seem a bit pricey but it did what I needed it to do.”

During my next visit, he took a 3D scan to create custom trays for teeth whitening. I picked up the trays and whitening solution at the following appointment, and everything fit perfectly.
