Nice, small but hygienic clinic, very warm and welcoming. I was luckily the only one there and was met quickly by a member of staff. Whole process was smooth, and happy to say their in person appointments lived up to the quality of their telephone consultations. Sad I am turning 20, but grateful for their support while I can obtain it!

Had an appointment booked a month in advance to have an implant removed, took the week off work so that I could attend, and four days before my appointment, it is cancelled. I have now lost a weeks wages and I have nowhere else to go to have this removed. Will never come back.
