Very reassuring to this very slightly stressed 70+ year old. Explained everything without talking down to me. I came away with antibiotics and minus a wisdom tooth. “A really well run, efficient and kind practice. A very pleasant receptionist (nice change from my local GP...) took my details and I was then treated by Rachael who put me at my ease immediately. My checkup was completed very smoothly with the dentist and her nurse (I think Jen?). Well done all, it's very hard to find NHS dentists, especially ones like this.”

“I cannot recommend this practice highly enough. I’ve spent 15 years in Manchester and I wish I had joined this practice earlier. I have always been a bit wary of dentist’s but I had nothing to worry about, the staff and Dr Karim were so kind and so professional. I am now disabled and would not hesitate in endorsing this practice, it’s easy to park , negotiate and use the toilet. I have had an implant fitted: the procedure was fully explained, straight forward and I felt I had absolutely nothing to worry about. If you are reading this review and hesitating , don’t, just get booked in and go, whether it’s for routine care or specific treatment, you will NOT regret it!”

“Scheduled appointment online following an ad I saw for a free check-up on an early Friday afternoon, and I got time off work accordingly. I arrived to find nobody was at reception and the front door was closed. No response from any numbers provided either. Not at all impressed. However, Tomasz very kindly called to apologise for the inconvenience, explained that he had a family emergency and promised to rectify the issue with a free teeth whitening or £100 credit, on top of the free check-up I had originally scheduled. The service I received was very accomodating and made the whole experience very pleasant.”

“Wow! I was referred to Alderley Edge Dental for wisdom tooth removal, having all four teeth removed. Julian and Lucy were nothing short of amazing. I can be quite nervous when getting dental treatment, Julian talked me through everything, answered any questions I had and explained what was happening throughout. Lucy was fantastic in offering me support, words of encouragement and a hand to hold when needed. “Absolutely amazing I had a dental emergency literally on my way to the airport yesterday. Went into the surgery on my way to the airport unannounced to see if they could help. The friendliest most help team of ladies at the front desk did everything to accommodate me. The dental team saw me with in 20 minutes and sorted out my issues. From time of arrival to walking out the front door was literally 30 minutes. I can honestly say best customer service and dental treatment ever. Thanks guys so much I really really appreciate it.”
