   Yesterday I had breast augmentation at CLNQ Manchester with Dr Nassab. I had 2 great consultations with him before the op and another one when I wanted to revisit sizes again. Helena was also always on hand when I texted with a couple questions in the run up! On the day I was so well looked after by Alannah before and after my surgery, then the lovely Jo also popped her head in to say she’d be looking after me in theatre. The anaesthetist was great, such a calm demeanour. I was felt so cared for and safe in theatre, there’s a lot going on and you start to feel nervous but Helena and Jo made me feel so so at ease, it ended up being such a nice experience! Super happy with my results; can’t wait to see how they heal over the coming months Thanks so much CLNQ team!!

   I had a very disappointing and distressing experience at this clinic. The practitioner attempted to take my blood 6–7 times for NAD causing unnecessary pain and leaving me in tears. I had specifically asked for an experienced practitioner, but my request was dismissed, and the receptionist was not supportive when I expressed my concerns. Other clinics have never had any difficulty finding my vein, so this was completely unexpected and very upsetting. I requested a refund due to the poor experience, and while the clinic agreed to refund me, I have not received any update. Based on this experience, I no longer have confidence in their services.

   I recently had the motiva preserve procedure at CLNQ by Dr Leila Touil and Dr Nassab. CLNQ and the Deansgate hospital are immaculate, the staff are amazing, so friendly and helpful. Dr Touil provided two detailed consultations ahead of the surgery and the CLNQ team were on hand at all times to answer any questions or offer assistance. The results are amazing, much better than I could have imagined. I would highly recommend the procedure and this team to perform any breast augmentation surgery.

   I’ve had the best experience at CLNQ with Dr Negar, at first I was very sceptical to get any kind of treatment done however straight away from the consultation she was so welcoming, calm and put me at ease straight away. I would definitely come back to get future treatments, and I would highly recommend her work to everyone, thank you for making me feel amazing Dr Negar!
