   Im not gonna lie, I have a real dental phobia. I was offered an appointment after being on the waiting list for a long time, and was really worried about going. I needn't have worried. Despite me being probably the worst dental patient in the world..I was made to feel at ease. The dentist was amazing, I can't thank the practice enough, and although I suspect I will always have my fear, I know I will be able to go back and be ok! THANK YOU!

   Standard of work is poor, I had to get the procedure re-done by another dentist, who commented on how badly the filling had been done. The overall patient experience is substandard. I have moved to another dentist where I actually feel like my teeth are well looked after. For the sake of your teeth, don’t go to this dentist!

   Myself, husband and daughters are at this dentist and they are brilliant, staff are lovely! my husband has always been so scared of dentists & these help with his anxiety he used to have a funny turn before going into his old dentist but these are brilliant with him! I paid to have my teeth whitened & the results were amazing.

   Went in for a checkup, paid upfront and then they charged me for a band two treatment after the dentist put on a tiny bit of composite on my tooth without asking me first or explaining the cost. The member of staff on reception was very rude about it, and when I called up a few weeks later about something else he was rude again. The examination rooms are not sound proof at all so everyone in the waiting area can hear everything going on during your appointment. Also, NHS patients are treated like second class citizens, only offered appointments after 7pm. We won't be going back and I would advise you to avoid them, even though the dentist himself was nice enough.
