   I have been seen by Dr Ashley and it's been a great experience (as far as going to the dentist can be considered as such). Fairly short times between booking and getting seen. Clearly talked through what the situation is and how it will be treated. No long wait times. And having come from a previous dentist with rather large hands, having much smaller hands definitely seems like an advantage! Guess I'll find out once the anaesthetic wears off. Reception is very friendly and quick to talk to you as well.

   Our Dentist here has recently changed to Omar Zourob And I can honestly say he is the best Dentist we’ve ever had. He was so good with my two children during their appointment, letting them come over and see when it was my turn and explained everything to them. I have just been myself for Filling and felt no discomfort or pain whatsoever. Such a calming nature and put me at ease.. Thankyou!

   I've only ever had the best of experiences at this dentist. All the admin staff are very helpful when booking appointments and sorting dates out. My actual dentist, Ashly Punnoose, is wonderful with my son who has some special needs and is very nervous at doctors & dentists. Fully recommend this practise if you are lucky enough to get on their list, five+ stars from me.

   Needed to change name receptionist was very helpful in doing this for me. Dentist explain in an easy manner everything she was doing and also what I needed to continue doing till my next visit, all the staff were very cheerful and pleasant made my visit easier

   Being a patient with my husband and family for 20 years I can get an appointment but my husband has been archived due to not seeing the dentist since last year due to having covid twice only being told when I have phoned to make a check up appointment for us both to being told on the phone I can’t book a appointment for him only me, surely being long term patients of this surgery since Mr Warrington. We have always had regular check ups except due to the pandemic and my husband catching covid twice through work they would be more understanding.

   Rated 1 out of 5 stars Zero help or compassion avoid I rang up today as my face is swollen can’t even open my mouth or swallow and the receptionist told I missed one appointment god knows when so no I can’t have an appointment. I informed her I look after my partner who is very unwell and registered as disabled so things change on the day for me as she can be very unwell. But not one once of compassion even after telling her i can’t even open my mouth or swollen and the reply I got tough you missed an appointment so pay £95 for a private consultation she tells me I cant even use any of the NHS services either more money making off people that don’t have the money. Very helpful My Dentist The funniest part is she told me to ring 111 who told me that she would be contacting the same dentist anyway. So I could have gone via 111 or pay £95 which I don’t get it at all. No doubt my dentist will make more money being an emergency referral from 111 or force people to pay more absolute terrible service why have they even got a NHS service when they are clearly not here to help people unless at a cost to the patient

   Absolutely spot on,went here on the 24.10.22 for a check up at 9 am then they had to do some work on me teeth ,so they booked me in for 10:20 the same day. Eleanor who did my teeth she was very polite and Well manerd, and I don't know who she was working with but the other 2 lady's had great communication with each other .

   Went for a check up and explained I was absolutely terrified of the dentist. From going in and meeting the receptionist I was made to feel at ease, the dentist was patient and conscious of how I was and she was amazing. Not going to say I won't be nervous next time but I know they will help me feel a bit better when there.
