This first thing I would like to say my Dentist dose an amazing job on my teeth but the one thing I didn’t like was the new young lady receptionist usually when I book an appointment they will send me a text reminder or call me I have rang the place and they told me they sent me an email for a reminder of my appointment but they didn’t, but since the person at the reception changed, I did not get a reminder. No call no text so I had to book another appointment after another 15 days. The reason for this because I got the call to get reminded just 20 minutes before my appointments and they know I wouldn’t have time to get there.
First time patient and first time at the dentist in a while. Absolute quality establishment: 1. Was able to book in as a new patient for examination online easy, even got lucky with next day availability. 2. Follow-ups and automated notifications, no chance of forgetting your appointment. 3. Appointment was prompt and effective - in and out with next appointment booked in 20 mins and had all questions answered, thank you to Dr. Mohammed and assistant. Only critical feedback is to update the clinic location on Google Maps, it was not clear to me that it was located in the Brinnington Health centre :)

Great practice. The staff are all lovely, they're all very professional, polite, welcoming and kind. Very organised and appointments always run very efficiently. When booking they always try to get you in as early as possible. Would highly recommend.
