    I would give 0 star if I could. I have sciatica. I'm in horrendous pain. Booked appointment for injection blocker with Dr. Dygut and he have done procedure in completly wrong place that it was confirmed by othe doctors and for this reaon it didnt work at all. Also he have me letter with abbreviations that mot English or Polish doctors where able to understand. I emailed yhem qith complainef- after weeks of excuses that they couldnt contact this doctor, they gave me back the money.Don't recommend

    ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I was a patient at Ascroft Medical Oldham under the care of a gynecologist, and I am very satisfied with the service I received. The appointment was calm, professional and carried out with great care. The doctor guided me through everything, explained each step clearly and answered all my questions. I felt well looked after and treated with empathy. I can highly recommend this clinic!

    I recently had my first visit to Ascroft and I was really impressed. REALLY impressed. Prior to my visit I found the staff helpful and responsive when I contacted them by telephone, and later email, to arrange my blood tests. On arrival I found the practice to be modern, comfortable and clean - just what I want from a medical establishment to feel both at ease and like I'm in safe, expert, hands. I am a bit scared of needles but the phlebotomist, Zuzana, was just lovely - kind, patient and professional - I wish all my future blood tests could be with her! After the test I received my results pretty quickly, within the advised timeframe. I am very grateful to all the staff at Ascroft for their help and for providing an excellent service. If I need to carry out future investigations then Ascroft will certainly be the first place I look to. Thanks again!

    I would highly recommend Ascroft Medical Centre. Dr. Magdalena Wolińska is an amazing dentist - thanks to her professionalism and dedication, I regained my confidence and now my smile looks beautiful. Anna, the hygienist, also deserves special recognition - she is always helpful, caring, and truly looks after her patients. The reception team is wonderful as well - always polite, supportive, and ready to provide answers or assistance whenever needed. This is a place that genuinely cares about its patients, and I can wholeheartedly recommend it.

    The hygienist asked if I would like a fluoride treatment for my teeth, since it is recommended. I thought, why not. I agreed, assuming it was a routine part of the treatment. The disappointment came at the checkout, when I found out that this very little procedure costs an extra £40! It would have been nice if it had been clearly explained beforehand that this is an optional treatment for an additional £40. I don’t feel that this was handled in a fair or transparent way. On top of that, I felt embarrassed by the whole situation in front of other patients who were also waiting there, and I did not want to make a scene.

    Absolutely disgusting customer service!! I work as an IT consultant and normally work from home however I was asked to attend a client site the day before my dentist appointment in my 10am meeting. I called the dentist on my lunch brake and asked if it would be possible to push mine and my partners appointment to next week due to me needing to attend site and was told this was ok. Fantastic I thought what a wonderful accommodating team. However a few hours later I had another call from the receptionist explaining I would lose my deposit for the two appointments totalling £80 and could I not come in the afternoon. I explained to her yet again Im attending a clients site in the middle of Manchester and that wound be impossible to be honest I felt like I was being railroaded and spoken to like a child so asked to speak to someone in management. To condense what happened In a nutshell on the 3rd phone-call I was told that they would not use any discretion and I would lose £80 deposit for 2 appointments and would also need to pay another £80 for the new appointments. What makes this even worse is I was also told if I had called at 10:30am that would have been fine, just to clarify I called around 12pm. So I was roughly 90mins over the 24 hour cut off to cancel an appointment I’ve now lost the deposit and they have lost 2 very honest, genuine patients. Just to add we’ve been attending this clinic for 9 months had a number of appointments and never missed or been late to any of them, but I guess when your company is run by money grabbing charlatans with zero regard for anything apart from money that doesn’t make any difference. I also asked on the 3rd phone call if the operations manager would chat to Dr Lucy Barrett who was my dentist and explain the situation to her hoping she would understand as she came across as a very polite and professional dentist (came across being the appropriate word!!) Unfortunately I was told by the operations manager that Dr Lucy Barrett agreed with the management team and myself and my partner would lose the deposit. I found this extremely disappointing from Dr Lucy Barrett, but again it seems we have another member of staff here who only cares about the bottom line….Yes lady’s and gents, money! Anyone who reads this please stay away from this two faced money grabbing company. They don’t care about the patient all they want is your money……everything else comes a distant second.

    The receptionist is so bloody rude. The message they sent had incorrect map link, took me to Peter street in Ashton. When I called up the woman said I’d have to wait, nothing about the dentist not being able to see me. Turn up to the appointment only to be told I won’t be seen. The receptionist has the worst attitude ever. So hostile.

    Dr Lucy Barret is one of the best dentist i have ever met. The treatment was completely painless.Reception staff very nice, friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

    Dr. Magda Wolińska is the Best and nicest dentist I have ever met. She is a perfectionist, very detailed, the treatments are completely painless, she creates a good environment that helps to feel relaxed. She only cares for saving the tooth rather than taking money out of you, which is unfortunately very rare nowadays. She really stays within budget. Finally, I have found my Dentist.:) The receptionists are also really nice, they really try their best to find as early as possible appointment date if really needed! Thank you very much, I would highly recommend her/them!
