   I’m now outside waiting for half an hour for them to prepare a portion of chicken noodles and it’s still not ready. I understand there may be phone orders but I have a 2 year old and a nine year old in the car and a swimming lesson to attend in 5 minutes. They keep her waiting there while people go in and out with food due to online orders. Last time I purchase food here

   Soooo yummy, great options and prices too!! Fresh and full of flavour. Picked up a few times now and it’s always been hot and tasty after our 10 minute drive home. Staff are really friendly and always throw in free prawn crackers. Quick service which is an added bonus! Definitely my go to Chinese takeaway since I’ve moved to London. I’ll be a regular!!    The worst place to order food! Food is average and it took more than an hour to deliver even though I live just 200 yards away! But the worst part is the lady taking orders over the phone! Very very rude! Makes you feel like she is feeding for charity! Will never ever order again!

   This is the third time I have had a bad experience with this takeaway. The first time they delivered someone else's order to me, the second, I asked them to withhold an ingredient and they added it anyway and now this time, I placed an order online and waited an hour and a half for my food. This place has declined in service and efficiency..... time to find a new local takeaway

   I have been ordering from Ho's for a few years now and everytime the food is great. Never greasy or lacking in portion size. My last delivery on Friday was sooooo good. Hot and tasty and plenty left over for lunch the next day.

   I placed an order online, arrived at collection time. Was told my order was not ready and waited a further 15 mins and my order was just sitting there on the side the whole time. I told her about it but got nothing but attitude and no apology for making me wait. Last time I’d be visiting. Food was cold and tasteless. AVOID!
