   Awful customer service. After 3 months of purchase the shoes barely stay on for over an hour. Way below their spec. They don’t reply to emails. They don’t answer their phone. Avoid as if the product fails you’re left with a substandard shoe. I’ve had to buy more from another supplier.

   I bought 2 pairs of these for my daughter for xmas. She loved them but both pairs are now faulty and only one shoe on each pair charges. I have emailed the company about 4/5 times. I did get a reply to say they would send replacements but then heard nothing more and received nothing. Trying to contact them again and they are not replying. Tried telephone number on website, that doesn't work either. I now have a very disappointed little girl who can't wear her trainers!

   Stay well clear. Terrible company ordered a pair of trainers for my son 1 month ago and haven’t arrived. Telephone number on website doesn’t work and they don’t reply to any emails. Now trying to get a refund but feel I will need to contact my bank to get the money back.

   Initially ordered a pair of shoes. One of them didn't work but the support team is great and they sent me a replacement. Coolest shoes I've ever owned and I have had light shoes before.

   Ordered shoes a week ago for my daughter. Paid for express delivery. Chased a number times via email, still no response. I can see that the company have now posted the shoes today via 48 hour post…( alerted via Royal Mail). We are going on holiday in the morning so will miss the delivery. My 3 year old daughter has been talking about her light up shoes all week and will be disappointed to not have them for holiday. I’d say poor commutation , but they haven’t communicated at all.

   I bought a pair of shoes and they worked fine but were too small so I emailed the company about a return and refund. This was almost a month ago. I have yet to hear anything from them, I have emailed daily and still nothing. Edit: They got back to me and gave me a full refund, it was an understanding situation. Thank you

   Ordered a pair of trainers and unfortunately one was faulty so I emailed them regarding the problem. They were very apologetic and replaced trainers within 24 hours for a new pair. I genuinely can not fault them at all. Great customer service and prompt response from them. I would highly recommend this company and would give them 6 stars if it were possible.
