“My son and I visited the store yesterday. I called ahead of time and discussed why I would be visiting-my son wanted to build his own scooter. Whoever I spoke with then was really helpful and assured me that a trip from south west wales would be worth it. And absolutely it was-just the experience I had hoped for!! We were greeted and served by Jacob who went above and beyond in every way. He was patient and understanding when my almost 10 year old was making decisions. He was able to answer every question and made the whole experience just amazing! I would totally recommend a visit here as opposed to buying offline-especially if you’re looking to custom build a scooter! Please thank Jacob (again) for all his support and guidance”
