Good range of products for Next staff but you need to do a really good hunt for stuff as lots of it is damaged quite badly. Bargains can be found though. They often do a half price ticket offer.
Whats happened to service with a smile, the workers here are all so moody and not approachable and when me & my family were getting served, there was a few items that didn't have the price on them, when we were told the price we thought they were expensive so there was a few stuff we didn't, the cashier kept rolling her eyes when we said we didn't want that.
Terrible training despite it being two weeks. More data protection than anything else. The girls and managers are up their own just cos they work at next and think they’re better than anyone talking behind customers backs. Your thrown into the deep end and no one not when floor walkers no what their doing and can cope. The trainers are lovely but disorganised. I had a day off in training for illness and they said I’d been blacklisted. It’s a joke. A real joke. Be prepared if your a guy to be judged on your expensive footwear and hear chats about expensive outfits all afternoon.

Great bargains, only downfalls were most items had many faults and the accessories were a bit jumbled. All the staff were very knowledgeable and friendly and items were heavily discounted! Brill for discount card holders and family!
Went with my daughter, bought a lovely rug for my grandkids bedroom for £25 reduced from something like £130!! Not complaining about that thank you very much! Just need to go back now for the paint that I should have got yesterday that also goes with the rug and the curtains I bought a few weeks ago!!
